Code Injection on Super Mario World

i don't really think this is the type of thing that you could figure out or do on contemporary consoles as complicated as all of these things are. It's because of the very limited palette and limited space on these cartridges there wasn't a lot of work put into encrypting or protecting against these types of vulnerabilities so in mario world they had bigger fish to fry on like the three years they were working on this game then trying to guard against some malicious code injection but uh i think one of the things that's wild about these experiments is that it's possible on any piece of software essentially yeah.
