How Touch Can Help With Anxiety
Anxiety is being preoccupied with potential problems in the future. It's really the opposite of being present and connected to your physical reality. I think there's a lot of awareness now of how touch can help with anxiety, whether that's like using a fidget spinner or a pop toy or therapy dough. Those are very nice to use. Also just human touch appropriate human touch itself is calming.
