I have a smoothie pretty much every day, have for like 13 years now it's been a long time since I've been drinking smoothies every day. So I start with a base of fruit and I do water, you know, most people like to do like an almond milk or something like that to make it a little bit more creamy. Berries are going to be like a lower glycemic fruit. They're not going to increase blood sugar as much as and they're going to be higher in fiber.
