I think that you definitely have to kind of earn the food a little bit. You can't just be someone who is either on one extreme where they're super like skinny and they have no muscle mass, and then they go and bump up all their activity. I would honestly say the easiest one is food because it's the most measurable. It takes it costs the least in terms of time activity. But I am a huge fan of being active throughout your day as well.
