I was listening to a Joe Rogan podcast. And there was this psychologist, Zoe Chance, who was talking about what she called the magic questions She had wrote a book about it. So if you're trying to influence or convince somebody, sometimes we don't know how simple the answer is. I learned that some of these prospects actually had pain points that we could solve and ended up booking. But then through those conversations and through starting a conversation that wasn't sales focused, but that was more so focused on just helping each other, that sort of thing.
