Airplane Flight Anxiety - What Do I Do?

When flying, I try to do some meditation and breath work just to kind of help ease the nervous system. And then normally like when we get up in air, I don't think about breathing a lot. So banking sure that you breathe through the nasal pathways is probably going to be your best bet. If we do hit some rough air, which inevitably happens when you're on a plane, is that I'll just try to focus on good slow pace to really high quality biomechanical breathing.
