The Importance of Coffee for Longevity
I do intermittent fasting and I've done this now for more than 18 months. After 9 o'clock at night I try not to eat until about 12 o'clock the next day. My morning routine is not complete without my coffee. It's definitely a good binding product because it volumetrically dilates in your stomach so that you feel satiated. No more constipation.
