The Importance of Trust in Brand Strategy
When brands are trusted they have the ability to command a price premium in the marketplace is trust only an issue when you're distrusted. I think it's incredibly important and incredibly pressing as an issue when when you've lost trustyou feel that as a business leader or employee of a company. When brands are highly trusted within their category it leads to right a competitive advantage that manifests itself across right the marketing funnel across the entire brand ecosystem. If a brand can really break away from its competitive set and deliver a level or develop a level of trust with consumers that exceeds its competitors it absolutely is a massive competitive advantage for them across domains.
