A lot of people say that they've trained themselves to get by on very little, unlike four or five hours. And so your mind is saying, oh, everything's fine. All I need is my cup of coffee, but you really are off your game. You know, we mentioned Jessica Pan before and she just tried to change her behavior a little bit. And what she discovered was really striking. It's true for adults too though.
