I look for programs and partners who have a very strong thesis and level of specificity about clinical indicators. If we have a value-based cardiology group, I would probably presume that people are getting fewer unnecessary, not evidence-based interventions. And so I think just being very mindful and open to starting narrower and maybe at a higher QD level because there's more opportunity for you to make a difference. Some of the metrics, obviously there's engagement. Are you able to effectively engage this patient cohort? That really can vary based on the background of the patient.
