When you took over the role, how did your approach return in the organization back to its roots? I mean, this process has been going on since 2017 really about getting back to the original by month of being DNA. But during my since I joined the company, we have a kind of accelerated that. So I would say we're very, very similar to like other peers like lower accounts and I'm taking terms of the governance model and the philosophy we have around running the group and building the group.
