i can't believe we didn't have nathan mirvold on this podcast in general, for his modernest quasine cook book. i love new haven pitza. I love all of em, even modern apiza. They're all really good. But the first time i ad sally's and clam pia with bacon, i never had pita with clams on it. That just isn't even a thing. And now you see it in so many pizarias around the country.
