The Minimum Viable Dose for a Healthy Lifestyle

Here are the seven practices that make up my generally useful prescription. The first one is 30 minutes of gentle, pleasurable exercise. Also a walk outside counts and so does yoga or just putting on some gentle heart music in general. I do not actually recommend high intensity exercise as part of this prescription. But again, you know yourself. High intensity is fine.
