In the middle of an OCD setback, the last thing that you actually want to do is to do something. So often when we have these setbacks or when we're feeling really bad and we've got lost in the obsession,. We need to remind ourselves it's so important that we need to dosomething. And a thing that gets you into your body will help you to let go of whatever you're ruminating about or getting lost in. More thinking is certainly not going to help you.
