I think for me, it really was seeking out tough challenges that that where an are above and beyond what is going to be demanded of me in a race. It might not be the best physiological workout, but sometimes it's good to challenge your mental toughness. And I guess I've kind of spent my life doing that. A lot of people tend to do what feels comfortable. But ultimately to get that growth, you have to do the things that feel uncomfortable and to grow and learn from those things.
