I would love to have a podcast of day just on psychology because I think people are missing the bigger key. so many aspects of this like whether it's muscle tone, nervous system or adaptation in general if our resources are being spent on fighting off invaders and external threats can we optimize that through our thoughts feelings emotions controlling all those things? Stress is an important factor when you look at seer programs how much weight these guys lose over three days not by chance but due to massive amount of stress they're under.
