I like your distinction, your qualification about exercise being to develop strength. Strength that can actually assist you in doing things that you're actually likely or maybe even not always likely to have to do. I think one of the misnomers is that if you've got big muscles, then you must be muscle bound and tight. And I don't think anything could be further from the truth. Some of the tightest people I've seen are skinny little,. you know, mothers that you could basically, you know, almost blow over. They're tighter than a well diggers ass if you're part, I mean, you can't turn right. We just lost our under 12s now.
