The real issue with the time window that I see is that companies don't think about this, like, when they build their revenue engine. So demand capture someone that's looking to buy what you sell or directly from you. How do you convert that person into a customer? The problem with it just overfloods with data and doesn't actually help you make any decisions. It's effectively trying to weave in not using software as the only thing but as one part of it.
