How to Train for Variability in the Game

Players don't listen. When it doesn't make sense for their body, they just ignore what you tell them. It's much worse by running from that mechanism. Often it's a protection mechanism that happens that isn't restored back to normal function. You lose variability, you create more rigidity where you don't want it. And then you have less fluidity of your movement. So and that often causes compensations in other ways.
