If you're trying to get somebody to do something for you, you're asking for their time. Their action takes time. That commodity is always there and quite frequently simultaneously to find out what the best action is: information. So it's time and information that's always there and in many cases, money is not there at all or depending upon the time and the information, the money becomes less and less relevant. A major electronics company says he gave masterclass and had all of his salespeople study in my negotiation course. They cut their discounting rate by half. And simultaneously doubled their revenues.
