In his previous job, it was a designed builld company. A lot of architects will charge a percentage of the construction a their fee. The design piece is just a mean to the end ther they'll very, you know, minimize the value of that design in order to get that big budget building. "It's like our leas easy. It's like, o well, here's something we can measure," he says.
