The Importance of One Leg Circle in Ballet
The repertoire is in the the Contrology 34, which in you said three chapters. And I would say the essence of one leg circle has got nothing to do with the leg circle. It's a spine rotation. And corkscrew rotates your spine where hip twist doesn't so much because your butt stays on the floor. But it kind of like fairly fundamentally changed the actual whole intent of the exercise. You know, where Joseph in return to life, he specifically and explicitly says, no, you know, make sure the hip lifts up off the floor. That's definitely a front of mind for him when he's creating that or teaching that exercise.
