Is Moral Blame Appropriate?

A couple of questions are around ideas of responsibility in one way or another. And we got one here from yuan don who wo's asking whether you think it's appropriate to assign moral blame to people who do pay back anger, or pain passing anger. I would always take things like this on case by case a basis. You know, i'm not sure that there's much added to calling something morally bad, as it just opposed to bad. It doesn't usually instrumentally pay off and you might not feel morally good about yourself. Ah, but in many cases where people do strike out at other people,. They're not for the best. Shall i put it that way?
