I think what you pointed out Paul is for them to step outside themselves and observe themselves. If they see these patterns happening in their lives over and over and over again that's the point where they can go I don't think I'm loving myself Right I'm in a trap. When you just get that kernel of self-love that will ignite your self-love and do self-care acts is how I describe them It's not just a to-do list well today I'm going to exercise or eat this but it's coming from your soul from a place of your innermost self beginning to see yourself as you are not with the denial glasses on and love yourself right there.
