Gourh: Without techniques, you could be just submerged in your own chatter. Anxiety is dialed up maybe with social media a little bit and the constant input of things. I was anxious, not so much for myself, but for the ashram and the truth that I represent. And when monks say they don't go through these emotions, I feel this is a lie. Everybody, every human being goes through every emotion unless you're a master's thing in the Himalayan mountains. If it's really hard, maybe 30 seconds to bounce back which people would take months to deal with, then Gourh says he can do it.
