How to Achieve Confidence in Life
You are not able to access other skills until you practice the ones available to you. You should have a rotation of information going into your mind that contributes to what you want to do on a daily basis. The reason I'm so far ahead in many areas of my life is that I never stop learning about the gym. At least once a day I'm listening to 10, 20 minute YouTube video on fitness and business and mindset and spirituality and philosophy all mixed, not every day. There's constant flow of energy week by week going into me that I can use to experiment with and get better results on my goals. This isn't really optional.
