How to Be an Organized Play DM
The best organized play DMs know how to make an adventure fit the time that you've got even as it's taking weird paths and still have a good satisfying conclusion. One thing another big one is just learning all of the different ways to engage with so many different kinds of players. I think there are some drawbacks, obviously. You don't have time to worry about whether you can write or not. Like you better get those words out because the paper's going out. That sort of thing that community that it builds is one of the best parts, I think, of organized play.
