When i started my own business, i went out to train people's sales and closing. Found very quickly that i couldn't get the same results as before. boiled down to four key ingredients: good content, repetition practice and accountability. If you don't have a system in place to facilitate a good on boarding training, I think you're setting yourself up for a much harder job. And how do they how does leadership find and then once they find em, what's the processor? That's o different than its you so think we're saind rit bat but i gi got it.
