The Morning Routine, the Nighttime Routine

The second that I started creating one, I realized how much little things added up. By having a morning and nighttime routine, I was able to literally have time to make my coffee instead of making it rushing out the door getting late to work. That alone changed how my entire day started. And what I realized for a nighttime routine, the biggest thing I realized is that just like waking up earlier, you can't go zero to 100. You do not need to overcomplicate it,. But when you start and you start to create this routine, you will see how morning regime and nighttime routine literally set your day up for success. It's so crucial and so beneficial to your life.
