An anecdotal standpoint we we see more and more bodybuilders trained with lower volumes so okay again keep in mind nobody's saying hey this is this is better than that but we're saying this is quite good. We've seen more and more sort of trained by JP sort of fanboy or followers or whatever athletes off the guy who compete at natural pro level shout out Panayo Dislanes they do four working sets per muscle group a week. I think regardless of that individual variability it is a it is a viable approach for everyone.
