On the acquirer side, you really need a group of dedicated go-to-market integration folks that are staying constant with all the back office system pieces but thinking around the corner. I definitely think you have to think about how close it is to your core. The further it is away from your core, the general integration thinking is that should be more of a phased incubation integration. You may leave them more standalone for a lot longer because they're further away.
