The Complexity of Email
Email is one of the fascinating things that I see you publishing research on. You have so many great insights about email in this book. What surprised me the most is that it confirmed my intuitions. Everybody complains about email, but finding empirical results to back up what people are actually saying about email. It causes stress. When you remove email, stress goes down. So there's a lot of complexity wrapped up in email.
