The Importance of Athletic Tape in Training

I don't consider it a crutch I consider it a smart thing to do yeah bleeding at meetings is not as cool as you think it is. When I'm Olympic lifting I always tape up my thumbs because I use the hook grip and frankly uh the hook grip my my poor this area right there is on the knurling and it just gets ripped to shreds when I do the hook grip so you know I mean I can be tough and bleed all day or I can put a little bit of tape on.
