How I've Been Feeling Lately, and What I'm Learning From It
Training is about 16 to 20 hours of my week. It doesn't really fall under any working hours, unless i'm obviously dealing with swimming pool opening times or something. But it's been difficult to balance, and my fervor and passion for training has somewhat been reduced recently as a result of how i've been feeling mentally. So i'm just going to cover a bit about why i feel i started to slip back towards a sense of depression. And hopefully isolate a few things i could have done differently. If there are lessons that we can extract as they go, fantastic. If not, then i hope you don't mind the sound of my voice for the next forty five minutes or so
