There might be some small differences especially say with women in the menstrual cycle they have put their hormonal balance effects fluid and salt balance in the body a little bit. The biggest differences come from the factors that would affect both men and women so in other words like the total sweat losses you have for instance for hydration. Although the highest sweating men the men who sweat the most and lose the most fluid and salt sweat more than the highest sweating women. If you're a female athlete that is that has a high sweat rate and lose a lot of salt you should still be replacing a lot in the same way that a man losing the same amounts would.
