T x a tritic eic acid has been shown to stabilize clot. It doesn't promote new clot formation and is excreted unchanged in the urin. The drug does have side effects, one of which could be seizure. But i feel like just in general, if you're facing a patient with ongoin hemerrhage this is a reasonable thing to reach for.
