Exercise is definitely one thing and I might talk about exercise in another context later on in this episode. But I do want to emphasize it's not the only thing that we can do to take good care of ourselves when we're experiencing stress. And so like, God, I really want to be clear. Like there's nothing wrong with us doing these things. It's more that if this is becoming like really habitual and really kind of chronic experience.
