I'm starting to believe that the food itself doesn't have like a huge impact on your general health anyway. The bigger bigger impact actually comes from either fasting or exercise and those things like the hormetic stress because the food itself although it's a very important factor is still only as good as what you eat. Like for a lot of people the best of both worlds could be doing intermittent fasting with those chromatic stressors in the eating window so then it's kind of like best of both Worlds.
