Sleeping on Your Back Can Cause Snoring

Sleeping on your back can cause snoring. You can wear a tea shirt with a pocket backwards and put a tennis ball in the pocket to train you not to sleep in chavas in a corpse pose. Naps, sort of like our sleep process, doesn't let you sleep so we don't want to wedate the nap. Tits a good place to get out that kind of anxiety.
