The Misconceptions About the CLO Market
The confusion or miscategorization between CLOs and CDOs is probably still top of the list. The financing that's employed in a CLO is non-marked to market. That means when we go through periods of dislocation, there is no case in which the CLO will be a foreseller of those loans.
