The interest rate hike happened. It made it more difficult to get financing. They're not being responsive. We just call eventually resign ourselves to BMO is not going to do it. So we reach out to another bank,. RBC, and get introduced through connections to one of their account representatives. This was early December at this point. The process went so smoothly. We got before Christmas. And okay, I guess I got the money. I'm comfortable with the deal.
