Do You Know How Much Protein You Need to Build Muscle?

If you fall once, the chances of it happening again or twice as likely. The RDA for protein is I think 0.36 grams per pound,. whichever one agrees is terrible. And if you want to maintain muscle, you probably have to double that. If you're concerned about cardiovascular health, you should probably be having more plant-based diet. Eating a whole food diet is appropriate. Getting enough omega threes through cold water and chia seeds can help with heart health.
