How Does the Reverse Classroom Model Work?

The class operates in the reverse classroom model. The first weird thing is that pretty much everybody has their phone with them, on a on the mat when they're drilling sots. And so you'll see that person, you know, usually sit for ten or 15 minutes before class and look through those vidios. To save a little bit of time, we have the videos to use as a reference once they get on the mat.
