The Importance of Patient Group Feedback
Borso is a trust, we've invited some of them, patient groups in to give their feedback on walk-around. So do you know why they think they could have improved? Is there any areas of our projects that we could try to deploy? And for us it might not have seemed like a big problem, but for them, as people have said, sometimes the little things do make a real big difference in patient care and patient stays. But also as well, one of the stakeholders that I think we've obviously mentioned a lot on patient experience as well is that involving some of the staff. We'll get peer reviews and some ideas on the confidentiality agreements to get some of the
