What's the Focus on Mobility?
I was a cold pro for man like my right ankle it's so floppy if I'm not careful. Now even in the last couple of weeks I've started to really focus on just doing 10 minutes of these proper reception exercises just to strengthen my ankles. For me it's more of like I'm 35 I've still got a long time before I got to worry about this but I like the idea of investing in my future. If you're good at cross country translates over the track so that's my focus over the winter. The terrain there is ridiculous so you don't need to do appropriate reception training and when you run in there once a week you're bound to roll your ankle at least
