Using Sounds as an Anchor Can Be Transformative
The choice of anchors being refectidg using noise as an anchor. When you actually need sounds as your anchor, they suddenly feel a lot kinder to you. And that can be quite dramatic. A loving kindness, appreciation for the day, acceptance of things not pleasant. That's really helpful, really helpful. Pausing a revelation. Isn't it interesting hows something as simple as that?
