There's some really nice data showing that, you know, if you look at the time course of fatigue and the kind of swelling process, you can get swelling occurring like a week after exercise. We don't get elevations in mind from the proteins synthesis a week after a workout in order to produce hypertrophy as a little to the swelling event. That would be really cool. It's if you could do a workout on Monday and then get some some hypertrophy stimulus from it. Like the fry, they come in Friday by doing nothing but just experiencing the swelling from it.
