How do you get there practically when you have to do that much volume and now you're doing two sessions per week? There's two kind of two logics that we can go down here. One is, okay, how do I start breaking up the exercises so that maybe I could have maybe a quad dominant day and hip dominant day or whatever. But then there's also the within session, like just being more specific with the exercise selection.
