Some people can benefit from increasing their monounsaturated fats in their diet. If you are someone that has the genetic component, I would say experiment with some monouns saturated fats. And then if you are worried about high cholesterol and heart disease risk, I would really consider lowering your polyunsaturated fat intake. Those poofas do increase the risk of heart attack.
