The Importance of Sustenance
Some days I've been having like a small sandwich, salads, you know, just it's not a lot of food. All my supplements every day, vitamin D, magnesium oxide, I take a probiotic, I take zinc that all is just going along very well. Some mornings I have a yogurt, some mornings, many mornings I have an egg with maybe like a piece of shrimp or two or a piece of chicken in a wrap. Again, I'm still not hungry at all.
